Dr. Rey Gervacio has been a licensed California attorney (Bar #176812) since 1995. He is a Boar d-Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. 
He obtained his S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science degree equivalent   to   the  Ph.D.   in   Law)   and   two   LL.M   degrees (Masters   in   Tax   Law   and   Masters   in   International   Legal Studies) from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He received his J.D. (Law Degree) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
In addition to his dom​estic trust and estates practice in the United States, Dr. Gervacio has also helped many individuals from various parts of the US with their Philippine inheritance matters over the past several years.

Gerald Smith, Esq.

Litigator

Atty. Gerald Smith has been a licensed California Attorney  (Bar #171280) since 1994. He obtained his J.D. (Law Degree) from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. 
He is an experienced criminal and civil trial attorney and handles all litigation matters for the law firm related to Trust and Estates, Probate, and Civil cases. Attorney Smith is also licensed to practice law in the Central, Eastern,   and   Southern   California  Districts   of   the   Federal Courts. 
In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Smith had used his skills volunteering for over 5 years, coaching High School Mock Trial teams in San Diego County.
